By accessing and using the Cashy platform, operated by WMF Systems, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Account and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of provided data and for protecting your login credentials.
- Improper sharing of account access with third parties is not allowed.
3. Permitted use
- The platform must be used only for lawful and legitimate personal/professional purposes.
- You may not exploit vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorized access, or compromise system integrity.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
- The free plan may include usage limits and ads.
- Paid plans follow recurring billing terms shown at subscription time.
- You may cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the paid cycle.
5. Intellectual property
- Brand, code, design and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to WMF Systems or its licensors.
6. Limitation of liability
- Cashy is a financial organization tool and does not guarantee specific financial results.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from platform use.
7. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
8. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
9. Jurisdiction
- The courts of the district where WMF Systems is headquartered in Brazil shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
